Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment

About the role

Global University Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead international student recruitment across B2B channels. You will work closely with company directors to expand and manage partnerships with education agents, develop new market strategies, and promote enrolment for one of our universities or colleges in Europe, North America or Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all student recruitment and business development activities for the assigned region.
• Identify and acquire new B2B education agent partners and nurture existing relationships.
• Design and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase international student enrolments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment goals with university offerings.
• Monitor market trends, report performance metrics, and adjust tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting students for French higher‑education institutions.
• Professional fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the education sector, particularly colleges and universities.
• Track record of creating and executing business‑development strategies in new and existing regions.
• Experience managing B2B education‑agent partnerships.
• Previous involvement in international student recruitment.
