Business Development Specialist - Peru

About the role

FP Markets, a multi-regulated broker offering CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies, is recruiting a full-time Business Development Specialist in Peru. The role drives growth in the region by acquiring and managing clients and partners such as introducing brokers (IBs) and affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and onboard new introducing brokers, affiliates and partners, especially in Peru
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events and partnerships
• Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, partners and affiliates
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry
• Work with marketing and compliance teams so campaigns and partnerships stay aligned and compliant
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for the Regional Director
• Represent the company at industry events, expos and webinars

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role in the Forex/CFDs or financial trading industry
• Solid network of IBs, affiliates or HNW retail/institutional clients
• Native Spanish and B2-level English
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently or remotely
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (a plus)

Required skills

• Solid understanding of MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradingView platforms and brokerage service structures
• Plus: experience expanding into emerging markets (e.g. LATAM), familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Cellxpert or Zendesk
