Business Operations & Marketing Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing real‑estate investment business looking for a highly analytical Operations & Marketing Manager to serve as the backbone of our organization. Working remotely across LATAM, you will own our CRM, drive marketing performance tracking and build scalable operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce data integrity, standardize pipeline stages, and manage large datasets (10k‑50k+ records).
• Design and automate CRM workflows, segmentation, imports/exports and campaign data preparation.
• Build dashboards to monitor leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROI and conversion cycle time; deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Own marketing attribution across all channels and optimise under‑performing campaigns.
• Coordinate outbound campaigns (cold calling, SMS, direct mail, referrals) and support LinkedIn/email outreach.
• Lead a remote team of VAs, cold callers and lead managers; run weekly KPI meetings and address operational bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, manage task workflow tools such as ClickUp, and implement automation with Zapier.
• Ensure scalable onboarding processes for new hires.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Operations or Marketing Operations management (not a support role).
• Near‑native English proficiency (C2 or strong C1) with client‑facing communication skills.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear performance insights and recommendations.
