Commercial Project Management Manager – LATAM

About the role

The Commercial Project Management Manager will lead the Commercial Project Management function for Gas Services across Latin America. You will ensure the financial and commercial performance of Long‑Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) in Peru, Brazil, Chile and Colombia, supporting profitability and operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end commercial management of LTSAs, leading a team of CPMs.
• Manage contract financials, including invoicing, accounts receivable and cash‑flow optimisation.
• Drive contract negotiations, change orders and claims together with technical and legal teams.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and cost‑to‑complete analyses.
• Provide financial insights, reporting and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify, mitigate and monitor commercial and financial risks while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial project management, project controlling or financial management within an industrial or energy environment.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong financial analysis and forecasting skills.
• Deep understanding of contract management, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
