Community Lead for Kraken Pro Platform

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned trader‑community leader to own and grow the Kraken Pro community. You will be the voice that moves at market speed, engaging directly with high‑volume traders across Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView and Reddit.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in community channels, posting real‑time market updates, chain halts, listings and price moves before screenshots circulate.
• Build and manage an ambassador and power‑user program with market makers, quant desks and high‑volume traders.
• Organise and host public events such as AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches and competitions.
• Gather product feedback, report bugs to product managers with evidence, and communicate resolutions back to the community.
• Produce high‑impact written content – micro‑structure threads, feature teardowns, release notes and community‑sourced sign‑ups analysis.

Required profile

• Active trader with personal positions and deep understanding of funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage and latency.
• 3+ years of community or social media management for technical, skeptical audiences (crypto, fintech, gaming or dev tools).
• Fast, clear writing for both short‑form posts and long‑form analysis.
• Resilient under pressure, able to de‑escalate heated discussions without corporate tone.
• Proven track record of building a community from scratch, operating autonomously without detailed briefs.
