About the role
Qualifacts is seeking a Desktop Support I to join its Lima office, providing technical assistance to both remote and on‑site users of its behavioral health software platforms. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and supporting corporate IT initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver hardware and software support for remote and in‑office users.
- Provide direct assistance for IT network connectivity and related issues.
- Log and track tickets, documenting maintenance tasks and resolutions.
- Stay informed on emerging computing technologies and evaluate their relevance.
- Maintain and administer Active Directory, including user provisioning.
- Manage Azure and Office 365 environments.
- Assist with corporate IT projects and other ad‑hoc duties.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
- Hardware and software support.
- IT network support.
- Experience with Azure and Office 365 administration.
