Digital Marketing & Content Specialist – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to drive influencer and paid‑media initiatives across the LATAM region. Working remotely, you will collaborate with our Brand Designer to shape social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and e‑commerce performance for our fast‑growing beverage brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage influencers aligned with our brand, negotiate collaborations, and manage deliverables.
• Create, launch, and optimize Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok ad campaigns, adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets as needed.
• Monitor campaign metrics, track performance, and recommend improvements to increase reach and conversions.
• Partner with the Brand Designer to plan monthly social‑media content calendars, generate creative ideas for reels, TikToks, and trending formats.
• Produce bi‑weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze data, and share growth recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Experience coordinating influencer, creator, or UGC collaborations.
• Strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, and current social‑media trends.
• Creative mindset combined with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; experience with US‑based brands is a plus.
