Director of Corporate Strategy and Partnerships – Latin America

About the role

The Director of Corporate Strategy and Partnerships for Latin America leads the end‑to‑end development, execution, and scaling of corporate partnership initiatives across the region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to drive revenue growth, donor stewardship, and operational alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a Market Readiness and Strategic Prospecting Test to assess corporate fundraising viability across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, and Bolivia.
• Build and manage a disciplined corporate pipeline, tracking access rates, meeting conversion, and proposal invitations.
• Develop entry strategies leveraging board networks, peer introductions, and regional connectors to secure senior‑level access.
• Lead the regional Proof of Concept project, providing market insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage and grow strategic regional partners such as Colgate, J&J, Microsoft, Cisco, and others, coordinating multi‑country donor visits, employee engagement workshops, and cause‑marketing campaigns.
• Lead donor meetings, negotiations, and business development conversations at C‑suite or VP level.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in corporate strategy, partnerships, or business development.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across the region.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
