About the role

VML Perú is looking for a Senior Freelance Designer‑Animator to elevate the visual quality of daily assets and support campaign development. The role combines graphic design, motion animation, and creative concept work for both traditional and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop artistic and creative concepts (key visuals) for products and tactical campaigns.
• Create and adapt advertisements for press and digital formats.
• Generate timely ideas to strengthen brand presence across media channels.
• Produce high‑quality compositions for tactical and strategic pieces.
• Perform internal art retouches after sketch approval.
• Assist with tactical assets for campaign presentations.
• Propose brand construction solutions for tactical and strategic campaigns.
• Suggest improvements to everyday tactical and strategic materials.

Required profile

• Graduate in Graphic Design, Design, Advertising, Communications or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising agencies.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setting (office and remote).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere.
• Proficiency with After Effects.
• Experience in animation and creation of visual pieces.
