FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Questel is looking for an on‑site Analyst in Arequipa to support reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities. You will work closely with Sales, Operations and Finance colleagues to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and animate business review reports for key product lines, ensuring data reliability, compliance with accounting rules and timely delivery.
• Maintain and improve the quality of data used in reporting, run consistency checks and support the migration from Excel to BI tools.
• Produce monthly group reporting for investors, including P&L allocation rules and data validation.
• Organise budget meetings, collect inputs from budget owners and integrate budget/forecast data into reporting packages.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and collaborate with other departments to enhance data consistency.

Required profile

• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Understanding of accounting rules and data validation techniques.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and meet strict deadlines.
