FP&A Junior Analyst

About the role

The FP&A Junior Analyst will join the Finance Department’s FP&A team in Arequipa, working on‑site from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PET. Reporting to an FP&A Analyst, Senior Analyst or Manager, the role supports reporting, budgeting and collaboration across sales and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and animate business review reports for key product lines, ensuring data reliability, compliance and timely delivery.
• Maintain and improve data quality, run consistency checks, and transition reporting from Excel to Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Contribute to group monthly reporting for investors, including data validation, allocation rule building and automation.
• Support the annual budget, reforecast and ad‑hoc business planning processes, organizing budget meetings and gathering inputs from owners.
• Assist the wider finance team with cross‑functional tasks to ensure global consistency and data cleanliness.

• Attention to detail for data validation and reporting compliance.
• Flexibility to support tasks beyond the core perimeter when needed.
