Frontend Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this fully remote, asynchronous role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
