Full Stack Laravel + React Developer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join its remote team serving clients across Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building and maintaining modern web applications using Laravel and React.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel back‑ends (Laravel 8+).
• Create responsive front‑ends with React (and optionally Vue.js or Livewire).
• Build and document RESTful APIs and integrate them with Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests using Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features on time.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in building APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks (React, Vue.js, Livewire).
• Bonus: familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
• Demonstrated ownership, attention to detail, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
