Head of Digital Operations

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, execution‑focused Head of Digital Operations to steer the digital infrastructure and technology initiatives of a fast‑growing U.S. e‑commerce company. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will own website development, AI implementation, automation and cross‑functional delivery to boost operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead website development projects across multiple brands from planning through launch, coordinating developers, designers and external contractors.
• Oversee quality assurance, performance monitoring, mobile optimisation and continuous improvement of digital properties.
• Manage implementation, optimisation and integration of business systems and operational tools, identifying bottlenecks and creating scalable processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation and vendor relationships for technology services.
• Identify, evaluate and deploy AI and automation solutions, championing adoption across the organisation.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives involving operations, development, marketing, fulfillment and design, ensuring timeline adherence and accountability.
• Provide regular operational updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in digital operations, project management or operations leadership.
• Proven track record delivering website development projects and managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to spot operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Experience working in fast‑paced e‑commerce or health‑and‑wellness environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
