Main Missions

• Support the end-to-end design and coordination of impactful training programs.
• Contribute to fostering a continuous learning culture across a global, remote workforce.
• Assist in the administration and management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collect, analyze, and report on participant feedback and key L&D metrics to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with experienced L&D professionals to implement innovative educational initiatives.
