Junior Software Engineer – Remote (AI Code Review)

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The work is project‑based, asynchronous and flexible, making it ideal for developers looking for remote, part‑time opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code written by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses across dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
