Key Account Manager – B2C

About the role

Join LG Electronics as a Key Account Manager (B2C) responsible for driving profitable growth with major retail partners. You will shape commercial strategies, manage product mix and ensure optimal inventory performance across assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand assigned retail accounts, delivering sales growth through product, pricing and demand‑planning strategies.
• Define product mix in collaboration with the Product team and manage forecasts, sell‑in/sell‑out and inventory turnover.
• Analyse market trends, competition and price positioning to identify category‑specific opportunities.
• Negotiate purchasing terms, promotions, campaigns and retail space allocations.
• Monitor performance results, address variances and execute commercial plans for each account.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of commercial experience, preferably in retail, hypermarket or wholesale environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Communications.
• Hands‑on knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, pricing and product‑mix management.
• Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
