About the role
Dedalus, a global leader in healthcare technology, is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead commercial performance across Peru. You will own revenue targets, drive new business, and build lasting relationships with key healthcare customers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver the full revenue target for Peru, covering order intake, revenue, and profitability.
- Generate pipeline, identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the territory, focusing on growth and market share.
- Manage the sales funnel end‑to‑end, ensuring high quality, velocity, and conversion.
- Coordinate sales, pre‑sales, services and other stakeholders to secure and execute deals.
- Act as the primary executive relationship owner for key accounts, driving upsell and cross‑sell.
- Provide accurate forecasts and own order entry and revenue forecasting.
- Structure competitive deals, including pricing, negotiation and contract strategy.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage solutions and best practices.
- Supply market intelligence and contribute to regional and global strategy.
Required profile
- University or college education in Business Administration, Engineering or a clinical profession.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or business development with a multinational company, preferably in Healthcare IT.
- Proven track record in software or IT technology sales.
- Desirable knowledge of hospital clinical workflows and solutions.
