Lead Product Architect

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Lead Product Architect to drive the design and evolution of high‑performance, secure SaaS products for the healthcare sector. This remote position requires deep expertise in cloud‑native architectures, modern TypeScript stacks, and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve scalable SaaS product architectures, ensuring performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Design cloud‑native solutions on AWS using serverless services and Infrastructure as Code.
• Establish domain models, system standards, and technical guidelines across multiple releases.
• Mentor engineering teams and lead architectural decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to build secure, healthcare‑focused integrations, including FHIR and SMART on FHIR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or SaaS product architecture.
• Proven track record leading SaaS product architecture in production environments.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and handling of PHI data.
