Lead Product Designer (Connectivity)

About the role

Deel is seeking a hands‑on Design Leader to join its Connectivity team. This team powers the platform’s core infrastructure, including partnerships, integrations, developer experiences, and operational tooling. You will shape the design of highly technical products such as APIs, developer ecosystems, an app store, white‑label solutions, partner portals, and AI‑driven experiences like Deel Inbox.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for connectivity‑focused products, ensuring a cohesive visual and interaction language.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ops teams to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Define and maintain design systems that support API portals, partner interfaces, and AI‑powered tools.
• Lead user research and testing to validate concepts with enterprise clients, developers, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of rapid iteration and high‑impact delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing complex, technical SaaS products.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to move quickly while maintaining quality.
• System‑level thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail.
