Lead Project Manager

About the role

Haskoning is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join its Lima office as a Lead Project Manager. The role combines office‑based coordination with on‑site supervision, driving multidisciplinary projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver small to medium‑size, multi‑disciplinary projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, profitability and client satisfaction.
• Take overall responsibility for project deliverables, including concept design, detailed design and construction documentation.
• Maintain full business control: budgeting, fee management, cost tracking, risk and change control.
• Act as primary interface with clients, authorities, contractors and specialist consultants, managing instructions, reporting and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate internal project managers and external multidisciplinary teams, facilitating design meetings and reviews.
• Support bid preparation, tender responses and business development activities.
• Develop and apply best‑practice project and design management tools and processes.

Required profile

• Qualified Civil Engineer with proven experience leading cross‑functional project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules and risks.
• Strong client‑facing skills and experience coordinating with authorities and contractors.
• Willingness to work both in the office and on construction sites in Lima.
