Legal Adviser (English Speaking) - International Business Law

About the Position

Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding international law firm as we establish our presence in Peru. As a Legal Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global clientele by providing high-quality, cost-effective legal solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

Main Missions

• Drafting high-level legal opinions, advisory letters, and comprehensive legal memos.
• Drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts and business agreements.
• Assisting with corporate formation, company incorporation, and legal secretarial duties.
• Conducting in-depth legal research to support complex client projects.
• Preparing legal publications and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Providing legal support for projects involving Peru and other international jurisdictions.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in business law or corporate legal advisory.
• Full professional proficiency in English (essential for international client interaction).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multi-jurisdictional legal tasks effectively.
