Legal Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to support our attorneys remotely from Peru. The role will empower legal professionals by managing calendars, communications, and workflow tools, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the attorney’s Google Calendar, scheduling court hearings and appointments with accurate location details.
• Oversee CRM platforms such as Asana, HubSpot, or Salesforce to track cases, prospects, and client records.
• Handle professional email correspondence with clerks, opposing counsel, and other legal contacts.
• Make and receive calls via RingCentral, including courthouse inquiries and administrative follow-ups.
• Provide day-to‑day administrative support, including scheduling, deadline tracking, and task coordination.
• Assist in optimizing operational workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
• College education.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (conversational) and Spanish (full fluency).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and commitment to a long-term opportunity.
