Multimedia Content Designer

About the role

Paragon Agency is seeking a full‑time Multimedia Content Designer to create high‑impact visual assets for a portfolio of independent retailers, primarily jewelers. You will work remotely, producing everything from social ads to print collateral, using both traditional design tools and proprietary AI‑assisted workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and motion social ads for platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Create email campaigns and automated flows using tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Develop print collateral, in‑store signage, and out‑of‑home assets including billboards and transit ads.
• Produce short‑form vertical video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, as well as product and lifestyle videos.
• Generate brand assets such as one‑pagers, decks, lookbooks, and sales sheets.
• Compose product imagery, enhance photos with AI tools, and deliver e‑commerce‑ready visuals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social‑media advertising and graphic design.
• Strong visual taste for luxury and lifestyle brands.
• Conversational English proficiency.
