Native Spanish Customer Support Consultant – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a native Spanish speaker to join its global Customer Support team. You will work remotely from anywhere in LATAM, providing multilingual assistance to clients of leading tech brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage ticket backlogs.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with tools, technology, and security best practices.
• Apply customer‑happiness methodologies and meet performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Native Spanish with advanced (C1) English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Aircall.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
