Partner: Capital Project Delivery Leader (Peru)

About the role

ERM is seeking an experienced leader to join its Capital Project Delivery consulting practice in Peru as a Partner with equity ownership. The role is a key position in the firm's leadership team in Peru, driving growth and market position of the Capital Project Delivery service line by delivering world-class services, building strategic client relationships, leading high-performing teams and acting as a trusted advisor on permitting, environmental and social challenges, sustainability commitments and project delivery risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the growth and strategic development of the Capital Project Delivery service line in Peru, including new business, partnerships and commercial strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, contractors, regulators and industry associations, and act as a senior advisor on complex project challenges.
• Oversee the execution of projects and programs from planning and permitting through construction, operations and closure, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and financial performance.
• Recruit, develop and mentor talent, foster a high-performance culture and promote ERM's values and safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with ERM's health and safety standards and manage project risks, budgets, schedules and contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Biology, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in consulting firms on large capital projects, and at least 7 years in business development for capital projects.
• Proven track record of winning, managing and delivering large, complex projects and programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and a strong seller-doer profile.
• Advanced English (mandatory); based in Peru with deep knowledge of the local market and regulatory environment.
• Preferred: established relationships with senior executives in capital-intensive industries, experience advising on permitting, environmental and social impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and sustainability, and experience with global organizations.
