About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Partnership Executive to build and nurture strategic relationships with referral partners. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads and driving business growth through collaborative partnerships.

Key responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with referral partners.
Onboard, train, and enable partners with tools, resources, and incentives.
Track, analyze, and report partnership performance metrics.
Provide ongoing support, resolve partner inquiries, and optimize engagement strategies.

Required profile

7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, account management, or related fields.
Proven client‑facing experience.
Strong command of English.
