Personnel Administration and Payroll Analyst

About the role

ALS is hiring a Personnel Administration, Payroll and Compensation Analyst in Lima. The role ensures timely and accurate payroll payments while controlling the legal and quality compliance of personnel administration processes. It also covers the management of administrative HR processes, payroll accuracy and compensation policies, and the generation and consolidation of national and regional human resources indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure correct and timely payroll payment, controlling legal and quality compliance of personnel administration processes
• Manage personnel administrative processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate payroll processing
• Apply compensation policies and generate HR management indicators at national and regional level
• Use indicators to evaluate operational efficiency, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions

Required profile

• Technical or higher education in accounting, finance, economics, administration, industrial engineering, HR management or similar
• 3 years of experience as an assistant or analyst performing the duties of the position
• Experience managing companies with more than 300 employees and presenting HR management indicators
• Advanced English (desirable)
• Willingness to travel
• Eligibility: citizen or permanent resident of the country of application, or able to obtain a valid working visa

• Payroll software (playroll) experience (desirable)
• Document administration, salary scales and benefit plans (desirable)
• ISO standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, NTP 17025, ISO/IEC 17020 (desirable)
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (desirable)
