Principal Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable SaaS applications. This remote position serves multiple Latin American locations and offers the opportunity to shape architecture, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence using modern cloud and software practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end SaaS solutions using .NET, Angular, and AWS, following Domain‑Driven Design, CQRS, and event‑driven patterns.
• Build high‑performance backend services, modern Angular front‑ends, REST APIs, and scalable data stores on SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and cross‑functional teams to validate designs through proofs of concept and optimize system reliability and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and adoption of AI‑assisted development tools.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional full‑stack engineering experience.
• Proven experience in a principal, lead, or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Strong background in building multi‑tenant SaaS applications on AWS.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and promote best practices.
