Project Manager – Lending (Long‑term, onsite in Peru)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multifaceted financial technology projects focused on lending solutions. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables align with strategic business objectives. This is a long‑term, onsite position based in Peru.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks for moderately complex projects under general supervision.
• Conduct routine analyses of requirements and recommend enhancements.
• Identify project risks and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Set objectives and manage team assignments for designated tasks.
• Guide entry‑level professionals and support staff.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor scheduling, progress, and address potential delays.
• Apply industry knowledge to improve project and process efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant project management experience preferred.
• Product implementation experience is required.
• Lending experience is required; asset finance or leasing experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 may substitute for experience.
