Quality Control Associate I

About the role

UPS is looking for a Quality Control Associate I to support the manufacturing quality of its products. In this position you will inspect, document, and report on product quality, helping to drive continuous improvement across the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured products and report on quality metrics.
• Document issues, completions, rejections, and other quality‑related events.
• Drive process changes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present reports on quality status and performance improvements.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors.
