Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiting Analyst to support our global staffing strategy. Working remotely, you will partner with recruiting, operations, and client services teams to identify talent, streamline processes, and contribute to the growth of our diverse, high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for open positions across the organization.
• Gather and verify detailed candidate profiles and assignment requirements.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to source and assess candidates for various roles.
• Present qualified candidates to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover cross‑selling and farming opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to staffing and recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Systems, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or project management.
• Strong analytical abilities, extreme attention to detail, and effective multitasking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
