Recruiting Analyst – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing strategy. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing short‑ and long‑term recruitment projects while ensuring high‑quality candidate pipelines for a variety of client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions across the company.
• Gather and verify detailed information on job profiles and assignment requirements.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to source, screen, and present candidates to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to identify cross‑selling and farming opportunities within existing accounts.
• Suggest and implement improvements to recruitment and staffing processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Systems, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or project management.
• Strong analytical ability, extreme attention to detail, and effective multitasking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
