Regional Marketing & Sales Manager – LATAM Service Division

About the role

ABB is seeking a Regional Marketing & Sales Manager for its Service Division in Latin America. You will lead a team of country marketing and sales leaders, drive profitable growth, and ensure the delivery of a complete service portfolio across Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile and Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed financial KPIs for the LATAM region.
• Design and implement an annual commercial service sales strategy using the ServIS database.
• Protect and grow the installed base while targeting competitor customers.
• Promote value‑add service offers covering Care, Modernization and Advisory Services.
• Lead risk reviews, negotiate major contracts and develop improvement plans.
• Build long‑term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Provide market feedback to product management and align resources with local needs.
• Monitor competitor offerings, market trends and regularly update opportunity and financial status.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing and sales teams in service‑oriented industries.
• Strong knowledge of the LATAM market, especially Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile and Colombia.
• Ability to analyse installed‑base data, build pipelines and plan resources.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional business units.
• Willingness to recruit, develop and retain world‑class talent in the region.
