Regulatory Compliance Manager – Wealth & Trading

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead the compliance framework for its Wealth & Trading (W&T) products. You will ensure that consumer protection practices meet regulatory standards while shaping the future of finance within a fast‑moving digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight of compliance obligations and controls for W&T products across the business.
• Maintain high‑quality regulatory mapping and conduct horizon scanning for relevant jurisdictions.
• Develop, assess, and implement policies from the ground up.
• Review first‑line‑of‑defence (1LoD) compliance approvals and deliver constructive feedback.
• Design and roll out a company‑wide training and competency programme for W&T.
• Offer second‑line‑of‑defence (2LoD) oversight on W&T complaints, performing root‑cause analysis to improve customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator, focusing on wealth and trading obligations (MiFID, EMIR, PROD).
• University degree in STEM, business, or finance.
• Proven ability to conduct regulatory gap analysis and create/implement policies.
• Strong understanding of the interaction between compliance risk and business risk.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
