Remote Bilingual Marketing & Social Media Assistant (LATAM)

About the role

Valatam is looking for a bilingual Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support its Latin American clients. This fully remote, full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST) requires creativity, organization, and a strong command of both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Create LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook content using Canva.
• Manage content calendars and schedule posts.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and track results.
• Support ad strategy and report on performance.
• Execute overall social media strategies.
• Perform other related marketing tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1‑3 years of marketing support or social media experience.
• Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

• Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696‑$1,044 per month (experience‑based).
