Remote QA Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote QA Engineer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. This flexible, asynchronous position is ideal for software engineers across Latin America who want to contribute to cutting‑edge AI model development while working on their own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
