Reservations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to assist clients with reservation inquiries, options, confirmations, and ongoing service needs. This fully remote position requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests.
• Gather client preferences and research available options.
• Assist with reservations, confirmations, and any changes or special requests.
• Provide accurate information and timely updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Communicate with service providers as needed while upholding professional customer service standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and online platforms.
• Ability to research, organize information, and follow up reliably.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or related fields is helpful but not required.
