About the role

Cambridge College, a member of the Inspired Education network, is seeking a passionate Secondary English Teacher to join its vibrant community in Peru. You will deliver engaging English lessons to students aged 12‑18, fostering academic excellence and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned English lessons that inspire and challenge all learners.
• Individualise and differentiate instruction to ensure each student makes outstanding progress.
• Assess in‑class and at‑home work regularly, providing targeted feedback.
• Create a positive, supportive classroom environment where students feel valued and are willing to take risks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and engage in continuous professional development.
• Participate actively in the school’s co‑curricular programme, leading clubs and contributing to whole‑school initiatives.
• Maintain open, constructive communication with parents to build strong partnerships.
