Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a senior strategy consultant with experience at a top‑tier consulting firm to help design realistic consulting scenarios for training advanced AI systems. The role is fully remote, project‑based and focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics, including financials, constraints and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that AI agents will tackle.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable large‑scale LLM‑based assessment.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure scenarios are aligned with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial or market models, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
