Senior Managing Consultant – Marketing Services & Client Advisors

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead its Marketing Services, Advisors and Client Services practice. The role combines strategic consulting with Mastercard’s data assets to help global clients across banking, payments, retail and finance achieve growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations using Mastercard’s analytics platforms.
• Lead client engagements from concept through implementation, monitoring results and adjusting tactics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Performance Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, Business Experimentation and Project Management.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership within the Advisors & Client Services group.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior consulting roles within marketing or related advisory services.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, financial services and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with global, multicultural teams.
