Senior UX/Product Designer – User Experience & Visual Design

About the role

We are looking for a senior UX/Product Designer to shape the experience of our technology‑driven products. You will combine deep product knowledge with research insights to create intuitive, high‑impact designs that solve real user problems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned product area, its technology and features.
• Conduct research to deliver human and business impact insights.
• Produce deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and more.
• Communicate design findings clearly to the design team, cross‑functional partners, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of experience in interactive or visual design.
• Strong ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
• Ability to create polished design prototypes and communication artifacts.
• Awareness of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends.
