About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement concurrent, distributed applications using Akka and Scala.
• Develop message‑driven architectures based on the actor model.
• Implement supervision, fault‑tolerance, and self‑healing mechanisms.
• Optimize system throughput and latency across JVM environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define actor hierarchies and reactive standards.
• Manage clusters, monitor performance, and ensure system elasticity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on concurrent and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to build resilient, elastic architectures using Akka.
• Advanced proficiency in Scala and functional programming.
• Strong understanding of clustering, sharding, and distributed computing challenges.
• Fluent English communication skills.
