Software Engineer – Java/Go (Remote, Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Global Money Movement team supporting a fast‑growing fintech partner. The role is fully remote and requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to work with partners across Latin America and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate external partners' platforms with our fintech ecosystem using Java, Go, and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in the US, Latin America, and India, adjusting schedules for early or late meetings.
• Design and develop scalable, high‑quality services in cloud environments.
• Participate in technical design sessions and contribute data‑driven, customer‑centric solutions.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of delivered code.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Go.
• Experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocol, and database management.
• Experience in the payments domain is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work flexible hours.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
