About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead the development of long‑term relationships with key clients in the mining and heavy construction sectors. Based in Lima, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for major clients.
- Manage the commercial pipeline and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with product, logistics, marketing, and after‑sales teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Monitor account performance and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management or B2B sales within mining or heavy construction.
- Established network with mining contractors or construction companies.
- Proven experience preparing commercial proposals, tenders and managing client relationships.
- Advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of aftermarket solutions is a plus.
