UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to translate user needs and business goals into high‑quality designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for mobile and digital products that are visually compelling and easy to use.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes to support development.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and usability best practices.
• Maintain consistency through design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers throughout the design process.
• Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and iterate on solutions.
• Validate design implementations and support teams during development.
• Contribute to documentation and UI consistency across product lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Service Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and usability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems and collaborative workflows.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards.
• Experience creating responsive and scalable interfaces across various screen sizes.
