About the role
UPS is seeking a Warehouse Worker I to support daily operations in loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting and stocking packages. The role involves operating equipment safely and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products.
- Process returns, count and confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete paperwork.
- Pick orders from designated locations and verify order accuracy.
- Stage and securely pack products for shipment.
- Coordinate pick‑up schedules, contact carriers and arrange shipments.
- Follow client procedures and government/compliance regulations when handling products.
- Palletize cases, wrap and load skids onto trailers.
- Create shipping labels and maintain accurate data in the warehouse management system.
- Operate various power equipment safely.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and report service concerns to supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma, GED or international equivalent.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Availability to work flexible shifts up to five days per week.
