About the role

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Worker I to support daily operations in loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting and stocking packages. The role involves operating equipment safely and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products.
Process returns, count and confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete paperwork.
Pick orders from designated locations and verify order accuracy.
Stage and securely pack products for shipment.
Coordinate pick‑up schedules, contact carriers and arrange shipments.
Follow client procedures and government/compliance regulations when handling products.
Palletize cases, wrap and load skids onto trailers.
Create shipping labels and maintain accurate data in the warehouse management system.
Operate various power equipment safely.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and report service concerns to supervisors.

Required profile

High school diploma, GED or international equivalent.
Warehouse experience preferred.
Availability to work flexible shifts up to five days per week.
