About the role

As a 3D Engineer you will specialize in graphics rendering, focusing on the development of high‑performance shaders and real‑time graphics pipelines. You will translate complex visual concepts into efficient code and ensure seamless rendering across various hardware architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement real‑time graphics rendering pipelines to achieve high‑fidelity visual results.
• Develop and optimise complex shaders for multiple platforms.
• Leverage modern graphics APIs such as Vulkan, DirectX, Metal, or OpenGL to drive system performance.
• Deep‑dive into GPU architectures to implement low‑level optimisations and improve frame rates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate advanced 3D features into core products.
• Maintain high‑performance standards by troubleshooting and resolving rendering bottlenecks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on graphics rendering or GPU programming.
• Proven expertise in developing real‑time graphics pipelines and shader programming using GLSL, HLSL, or MSL.
• Proficiency with modern graphics APIs such as Vulkan, DirectX, Metal, or OpenGL.
• Deep understanding of GPU architecture and low‑level graphics optimisation techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in C++ for high‑performance systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
