Account Executive - Enterprise SaaS Sales

About the role

Breakmark is hiring its first sales hire based in Peru to join a growing sales team. The Account Executive manages the full sales cycle, builds strong relationships with enterprise clients and drives revenue growth. The company describes itself as a high-growth AI startup backed by investors including a16z, Y Combinator and Base10.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts to ensure consistent deal flow.
• Understand client challenges, industry trends and business goals to position the SaaS solution effectively.
• Nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead complex negotiations with a win-win outcome for client and company.
• Work with Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market shifts to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
• Large ACV track record.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and align them with the right solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
